The Nook is a spectacular holiday rental located in south devon countryside, surrounded by nature, tranquility and incredible wildlife.  The barn is secluded and rural yet minutes walk from the villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers.   It is only 10 mins drive to the nearest beach and a few minutes walk to get to the River Yealm where one can enjoy sailing, paddle boarding, swimming and many other water pursuits.  We are right next to stunning coastline where there are numerous breathtaking walks.

Set over two floors, the Nook has a private decked area, two bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room with a private hot tub looking out over pristine farmland, ponds and woods.  We are one of rare few places in this area to offer a hot tub.  Easily accessible by car are the nearby towns of Yealmpton, Brixton, Plymouth, Salcombe, Totnes and Kingsbridge.
